Some purchases (such as our live trainings) come with a NO REFUND policy given the amount of time energy and skills that go into creating and hosting the live event. Other products carry a 30 day or 60 day money back guarantee.
Any product sold by or on behalf of Launch Wise, LLC will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and link to this page here for further reference.

PixelMagic – 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee on the initial purchase after which there are no refunds given on the monthly recurring fee’s for the software. If you choose to cancel during your subscription we are happy to cancel any future billing, however, no previous billings will be refunded.
ESX (eCom Suite X Software) – This product has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final.
ESA (eCom Success Academy) – This product has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final.
How To Request A Refund
Each product also has it’s own support email address provided to you upon purchasing. This is provided both in the members area and on your order notification email receipt. You will need to contact that specific email address within the given time frame (list above) to request a refund on your purchase.
